Tinghir Préfa SARL is a company specialized in manufacturing precast concrete products (blocks, hourdis, beams, Kustra) and trading essential construction materials (cement, steel rebar, welded mesh, aggregates).
Located in the Tinghir Industrial Zone, our plant operates a modern batching system with rigorous mix design (B30) and maintains a permanent stock for contractors, artisans, and individuals.

We manufacture high-density hollow and solid blocks: AG10/50/20, AG15/50/20 and AG20/50/20 for load-bearing walls, partitions and boundary walls.
We produce H12/50 and H15/50 blocks in high-density vibrated concrete, kept permanently in stock at the factory.
Our type 12 and 15 beams range from 1.00 m to 4.60 m. We also supply type 15 beams reinforced with fer 10 (4.60 m and 4.80 m) and fer 12 (from 5.00 m to 5.80 m).
Kustra elements (52×19, 54×20, 60×23 cm) are precast units used as permanent edge formwork for floor slabs and tie-beams, ensuring fast and clean finishing.
Yes! Tinghir Préfa directly distributes CPJ 35 and CPJ 45 cement, rebar from 6 to 14 mm (smooth and ribbed), 2×6 m welded wire mesh, and aggregates (washed sand, crushed sand, gravel).
Daily departures from our Tinghir factory: 24 h to Tinghir, Boumalne Dadès and Kelaat M’Gouna, 24 to 48 h to Errachidia, 48 to 72 h to Zagora. Factory pickup is also available.
